SERVICES
Swedish Massage
Massage therapy dates back thousands of years. Swedish massage is relatively young, dating back to the 1800's. It is widely recognised for it's healthy influence on the body. It helps prevent injury as well as encouraging healing from injury. As an IPTAS-qualified massage therapist, I have been trained to the highest standards in Ireland. My skills can help with sore, stiiff joints, over-worked muscles, tight and sore neck and shoulder muscles.
Swedish massage can also help relieve the symptoms of stress.
Sports injury Rehabilitation
Injured tissue that isn't put through a gradual structured rehabilitation programme, doesn't achieve its pre-injury strength. This is because part of the healing process involves the laying down of scar tissue. This scar tissue is laid lown in a criss-cross hap-hazard pattern. It this isn't modified, the affected structure is prone to re-injury. I provide tailor-made rehab programmes, designed to get you back to activity as soon as possible, but also in a way that reduces the risk of re-injury.

Triggerpoint Therapy & Drug-free Pain Relief
People who are active as well as those who aren't can develop 'knots' in their muscle fibres. These 'knots' can be a cause of severe pain and can have a debilitating effect on the lifestyles of the sufferer. Sometimes people go on suffering for years because the problem goes undiagnosed. Triggerpoint therapy releases these knots, allowing the muscle fibres to function properly, increasing the circulation to the muscles and improving flexibility.
